        Q: What is a GO?
        A: GO stands for "group order" so it is an order, hosted by a GOM (group order manager), that contains multiple people so that shipping fees are less expensive per person

        Q: What payment methods do you accept?
        A: PayPal (FRIENDS & FAMILY) or Venmo

        Q: Can I drop out of an order?
        A: Always make sure you are completely committed to an order before joining!
        However, I will let you drop out if you can find someone to fill your spot and inform me who they are (you will be refunded once that person sends me their payment)

        Q: How do I update my shipping address?
        A: Please send me an email with your new address and "ADDRESS UPDATE" in the subject

        Q: Will domestic shipping be expensive?
        A: I will be shipping from Illinois so it may depend on how far you live or how heavy your package is, but I offer Media Mail, First Class Mail, or Priority Mail shipping

        Q: How often do you drop off packages?
        A: I will usually drop off packages once a week, but you can check my Twitter for the exact day

        Q: This is my first time joining a GO or I have been scammed by other GOMs, can I trust you?
        A: I have been in both positions and it is not easy to trust someone with your money so it is up to you whether to trust me or not, but I will try my best to not disappoint anyone ◡̈

        1. You fill out a form and send me the payment to my PayPal (FRIENDS & FAMILY) or Venmo
        (a confirmation email will be sent within 24-72 hours after you submitted the form and payment)

        2. The fansite/seller starts production of the items and updates will be posted when there are any
        Once production is finished, they will ship the items to my KRADD and I will wait for at least 10 orders to arrive so that international shipping is less expensive for each person

        3. When all of the items arrive to my KRADD, I will request to forward the shipment to the USA
        I will either use the weights Korgou gives me or weigh the items myself to determine the 2nd payment
        2nd payment emails will be sent to people who have items in this shipment

        4. Once you pay the 2nd payment, I will send you the domestic email with the domestic form where you can choose to either hold your items (for up to 1 month) or ship your items (added to the shipping queue)
        After you pay for domestic shipping, I will ship your items as soon as possible

        5. I will update on Twitter when packages will be dropped off at the post office
        You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of when the package was dropped off
